02 Which mango varieties do you offer?
We currently offer three premium Indian varieties — Ratnagiri Alphonso, Gir Kesar, and Banganapalli. Each is sourced directly from trusted growers in their native region, so the flavour and aroma are exactly as nature intended.
03 Are your mangoes naturally ripened?
Yes — every single one. We never use calcium carbide or any chemical ripening agent. Our mangoes are tree-matured, hand-picked at the right stage, and ripened naturally in hay-lined crates, the way they have been for generations.
04 When is the mango season and when can I expect delivery?
Our season runs from April through August, with Alphonso peaking in April–May, Kesar in May–June, and Banganapalli in June–July. Once your order ships, you can expect delivery within 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
05 How do pre-orders work?
Pre-ordering reserves your box from the very first harvest of the season. You pay at the time of order, and we dispatch as soon as that variety is ripe and ready — usually within 2–3 weeks of the season opening. See our pre-order page for current windows.
06 How are the mangoes packed for shipping?
Each mango is individually wrapped and cushioned in a sturdy, ventilated box with natural hay or paper padding. The packaging is designed to protect the fruit through transit while letting it continue to ripen gently on its way to you.
07 Will the mangoes arrive ripe and ready to eat?
We ship them at the perfect stage — firm but mature — so they finish ripening during transit. Most boxes arrive ready to eat within 1–3 days of delivery. Keep them at room temperature; once ripe, they can be refrigerated for an extra day or two.
08 What if my mangoes arrive damaged?
It rarely happens, but if your box arrives with damaged fruit, just send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We'll replace the affected mangoes or refund you for them — no lengthy back-and-forth.
09 Do you ship internationally?
Currently we serve customers across the US. International shipping for select regions is on our roadmap — drop us a note and we'll let you know the moment your country is added.
